First things first, after the time and date is confirmed we will discuss the desires of the outcome of the hat. During this consultation, we will go over measurements, color options, desired hat and brim shape, as well as, the extremities of the embellishments. All hats in the custom making process take up to 4-6 weeks depending upon availability of materials. All sales are final in this process.
